What is the difference between a Superpower Mentor and traditional therapy?

Superpower Mentors are not licensed healthcare professionals and are not a replacement for therapists, psychiatrists, or medical advisors. Mentors provide guidance, support, and perspective through lived experience, with training designed to help mentees build confidence and self-advocacy.

Does my child qualify for your program?

The program is designed for children, teens, and young adults with diagnosed or undiagnosed learning differences. If your child could benefit from a mentor who understands how they learn and experience the world, we can help assess fit on a strategy call.

Does my child need a diagnosis to be eligible?

No. Every child learns and experiences life differently. A diagnosis is not required to be matched with a mentor.

What happens if the mentor is not the right fit?

If the pairing is not a fit, we work closely with the family to make a switch. The goal is to be proactive, responsive, and aligned with what the mentee needs.

Do you take insurance?

Superpower Mentors does not take insurance or accept FSA/HSA. Some families have been able to receive support through an institution or educational sponsor.
