A peer-reviewed Scientific Reports study evaluated Superpower Mentors and found significant caregiver-reported improvements across ten areas of mental health, well-being, and behavior.
The peer-reviewed study, published in Scientific Reports on 2026-06-05, is titled Caregiver perceptions of online peer mentoring for youth with learning differences.
- 10/10 measured outcomes improved in the study, from anxiety to executive function to self-esteem.
- 40 families participated. Mentees ranged in age from 10 to 23.
- 93% report improved emotional wellbeing.
